South American Salads
Food for thought: Should I really be reviewing my giant taco salad on my first blog as a professional, MD, MPH certified healthy (well, no, just tasty) food critic? No, I'm going to start with the nachos. And the fried tortillas I didn't eat, in favor of Chocolate Baker's ice cream that my late arriving, bonehead (but sincerely sorry) friend dropped on the floor (adding a certain crunch to this fine closer for the meal).
